The origins of Earl Grey teas are shrouded in mystery. Some claim it was a gift from an envoy, and still others that it was developed to offset the flavor of lime in the Grey family’s estate in Howick Hall. While some of these stories are a bit farfetched, what we can say is this:  Whoever created it, we’re glad that they did.
